Our SF3 chemical injection metering package offers automated and accurate flow measurement, actuation, and control.
The SF3 is a fully automated chemical injection metering package combining measurement, actuation, and control using an integrated positive displacement flow meter (PDFM), actuator, and chemical injection metering valve (CIMV).
The PDFM included as part of the SkoFlo SF3 uses field-proven technology that has been deployed in our subsea CIMV models since 2012. The flow meter is unique in offering true volumetric flow measurement, allowing auto-calibration for nearly any chemical and providing accuracy over the entire turndown range of the valve with no fussy calibrations.
Our CIMV models incorporate the same pressure-independent design that has been tested and proven in the harshest environments with over 30,000 valves in service over the past 30 years.

The SF3 automatically adjusts its setpoint when needed to maintain consistent and accurate chemical injection even in extreme temperature variations. It also can be programmed to record periodic flow readings and will shut down automatically if the flow stops.
